Hi,
We implemented SMTP port 25 blocking six days ago hoping to get
delisted. Yesterday morning, we got delisted by UCE so I sent the
screenshot to our team. To our dismay though, UCE listed us back to
Level 3 in the afternoon.

What happened?

I'm not certain whom you think you may be addressing.

However a quick look at your ASN at UCEprotect,
appears to indicate you are hitting their SpamTraps
from the majority of your AS9299 ranges?

Currently 5600 Systems on your AS are spamming. So maybe your Port 25
Blocker you talk about didn't work very well.
